The Art of Roman Reyes
The advent of the computer did nothing to dampen Roman's artistic
curiosity. With the development of programs such as Photoshop,
Illustrator, Maya, Premiere and Final Cut Pro the expansion of Roman's
repetoire was sure to occur.
The creation of a work of art that speaks to all cultures, all ages, and genders was the challenge facing Roman in the Fall of 2002. His three sided mural entitled "The Dream is Possible" was commissioned for the E-ducation Without Borders Conference. At the behest of the Abu Dhabi Men’s College – Higher Colleges of Technology and by express invitation of His Highness Sheik Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Reyes has been asked to design and coordinate a “peace mural.” The artwork is a joint venture between art students from the United States and selected students from the UAE coordinated and assembled by Roman Reyes.
An amazing variety of digital art is the result of over 20 years experience. Photography, computer graphic design, and Roman's personal sense of color and composition have created a portfolio that is truly astounding in its depth and complexity.
